Shipping Policy

We aim to despatch items the same day, however for standard delivery please allow 4 working days for your items to arrive. We use a Royal Mail 24/48 hr service.  All items are tracked for security.

• Standard UK delivery £3.50 
• Collection from our shop, FREE (use code COLLECT at checkout)

In the event of a product being out of stock you will be notified and either be given an estimated due date of when the product is due back into stock or be issued with a refund.

Collection

You can order and pay for your items online and then collect in store by using code COLLECT at checkout to remove postage costs.

We are open 9:30am-5pm Monday to Saturday. 

Delivery is £3.50 for most mainland orders throughout the UK.

If you live anywhere below, please call for additional postage charges.

Scottish Highlands, Scilly Isles, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland or Isle of Wight.

Packaging 

We pack our orders very carefully and reuse and recycle packaging in order to be as environmentally friendly as possible, and also to keep the costs down of our products and services. We hope you agree that this is better than a fancy box!
